Our products make their impact through beautiful colours, high-quality materials and special finishing, which however cannot always be sufficiently represented on the screen.

Therefore, we shall be pleased to send you free original samples of the wrapping papers, ribbons and carrier bags in which you are interested. In order to order samples please click the button marked order samples in the order page. The sample order will be placed in the shopping basket. Enter the necessary address information in the shopping basket if you would like to finish the sample order. You can also combine sample orders with an order for goods. All sample orders are marked with an order value "Euro 0.00" in the list of the shopping basket.

Convince yourself of the high quality of our products before you order. The products in the Online-Shop only comprise a small part of our extensive range. You can obtain information about the varied possibilities by contacting our specialist advisers. Our well-trained field sales team can also visit you to advice you on company-printed products (only possible within Germany). Please inform us of your requests so that we can contact you in order to make an appointment.

Quality promise

All of our products are of a high quality.

The base papers which are used for printing the wrapping papers have been especially developed for the purpose of wrapping gifts, they are pliant and tear-resistant. We only use recyclable papers and polyethylene films of one material type for our products. Our papers are bleached without using any chlorine and are mainly based on certified pulp. They are produced exclusively in our plant in D-Steinmauern by trained specialist personnel at state-of-the-art, friendly workplaces. We also satisfy our claim to be one of the leading manufacturers in Europe through a comprehensive quality control system. We print using watercolours, UV colours and bio-alcohol colours which are suitable for foods. A state-of-the-art after combustion plant cleans the exhaust air we produce.

We are manufacturers of gift wrapping papers with a heart and soul and we constantly work at improving our services.

Prices

all prices displayed in the online-shop are net. For shipments to EU-countries the invoice will be without VAT, for that reason we need your VAT-Identification number. If you are not in possession of the VAT-Identification number we will establish the invoice including the german VAT of currently 19%.

Freight costs

We deliver to the following countries at the conditions listed in the table. Please ask us about deliveries to countries which are not listed in the table.

The number of the packages which are required for the shipment is determined and the incurred freight costs shown in the shopping basket for net order values below the carriage paid limit.

Availability

The actual availability is displayed actual in the column using colour symbols in the product detail pages. Products with the mark 5-10 days are as a rule delivered within 5-10 days. With products with the mark 1-4 weeks the delivery time can be approx. 1-4 weeks. We shall be pleased to provide you further information about delivery times.

Payment

Customers in Germany can pay against invoice.

Payment with PayPal and credit card.

For deliveries to other countries payment is only possible as an advance payment. For payment in advance we grant a cash discount of 2%.The terms of payment against invoice are " 8 days after invoice date 2% cash discount, 30 days net".

Payment procedure with advance payment

The goods will be delivered 5-10 days after receipt of your payment. We grant a cash discount of 2% on the invoice amount for payment in advance.
